Juicy and succulent beef burgers

Makes 4 burgers



1kg lean minced beef

50g chopped red onion

100g suet

25g finely chopped gherkins

15ml bottles of Worcestershire sauce

3 cloves of garlic – chopped

½ bunch chopped parsley

Salt and pepper



Mix all ingredients together and split mix into 4 equal parts.

Mould into a burger shape and cook.

Can be pan-fried or oven-baked.
