How Our SpinBoss Account and Promotion Rules Apply

SpinBoss Editorial Team

We set conditions for account ownership, bonus play and payouts. Use this summary alongside the general terms and the rules displayed for your chosen promotion. An offer's headline describes its potential reward, while its conditions determine eligibility and release.

Keeping one verified account

You must be at least 18 to register. We permit one account per individual, with the restriction also covering shared households, IP addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses. Keep registration information accurate and use details supported by your documents.

Our checks may require identification, address evidence and proof of the deposit method. We sometimes request evidence explaining the source of funds. Requested documents must reach us within 30 days; verification is required before your first payout.

Activating and completing a stage

A qualifying welcome deposit begins at £20. Skrill and Neteller are excluded. Activate the stage through My Bonus before placing stakes from its deposit. Every welcome stage lasts ten days and requires 20x wagering on both deposited and matched funds.

Bonus play has a £100 stake ceiling. We allow only one active bonus. Cancellation clears bonus funds, and asking for a withdrawal voids an active offer. Bonus release cannot exceed 10x the bonus amount.

Counting spins and qualifying stakes

Spin winnings require 40x wagering. Welcome spin allocations have release ceilings of £50 for 50 spins or fewer, and £100 for larger allocations. Slots, keno and scratch cards contribute 100%; ordinary live games contribute 10%. Standard card and table games, plus excluded titles, count zero.

Requesting money from the account

Turn each deposit over 1x before requesting withdrawal; otherwise a 10% fee applies. We return funds through the depositing route. No more than three requests can remain pending. Your VIP level sets a monthly ceiling between £5,000 and £20,000. Contact our team through chat or the support inbox to raise a complaint or clarify a condition.
